These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Formula Car Stunts, together with any related games, websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Synapse Software Labs, Inc. ("Synapse Software Labs," "we," "our," or "us"), with its principal business address at 720 S Colorado Blvd, Suite 630, Denver, CO 80246, United States.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

Use cheats, hacks, bots, automation software, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools.
Interfere with servers, networks, or gameplay.
Upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.
Engage in fraud, phishing, spam, or unauthorized commercial activities through the Service.

Synapse Software Labs reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct violates these Terms.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Service may include virtual currency, virtual items, subscriptions, and other digital content.
Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value.
Except where required by applicable law or platform policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Synapse Software Labs may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue virtual items or services at any time without liability.

6. Subscription Services

Certain features of the Service may require recurring subscription payments.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
You authorize Synapse Software Labs or the applicable platform provider to charge your selected payment method.
Subscription management may be handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platforms.

7. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play must be submitted directly through the applicable platform.
Synapse Software Labs reserves the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

8. User Content

You may submit usernames, messages, images, gameplay content, or other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content; however, you grant Synapse Software Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise utilize such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to submit User Content.
Synapse Software Labs may remove or restrict User Content at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, games, artwork, music, trademarks, logos, and related content, are owned by or licensed to Synapse Software Labs.
Nothing contained in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension and Termination

Synapse Software Labs may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.
We may discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time without liability.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Apple, Google, payment providers, analytics providers, or advertising partners.
Synapse Software Labs is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Synapse Software Labs makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, security, or uninterrupted operation of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synapse Software Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
Synapse Software Labs' total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Synapse Software Labs for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synapse Software Labs, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Colorado, United States.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
